DeAngelis stated the Division of Instruction is proposing the regulations as an try to shield lecturers unions and authorities educational institutions at the cost of families.

Charter faculties are publicly funded, but privately run institutions.

DeAngelis argued that they supply a competitive option to authorities universities and provide better-quality instruction that caters immediately to the desires of dad and mom. He explained constitution schools’ increasing attractiveness threaten teachers unions.
