William Behring, the founding president of TalNet Systems, Inc. decided to start an accurate cost efficient way to test networking products called the TalNet Test Plan (TTP). In doing so, he created a strong team of engineers to help design and develop the premier automated testing environment using today's top technologies. The expertise involved in running a 24 hour 7 day a week test facility is enormous, but a small undertaking for the experts working at TalNet Systems, Inc. TalNet is the new testing standard today for tomorrow's products.

William Behring has 28 years experience in the design and implementation of voice and data communication systems. William also has extensive experience in designing and building communication centers. He has designed and built three Network Operation Centers and ten communication test labs for such companies as 3Com, Charter Systems, Computer Science Corporation and Mitre Corporation. His experience also includes hardware development, software development, system engineering, project management, network administration and QA test system design. William was a senior system engineer on multi-billion dollar military projects. Most recently he worked as a Principal Engineer Consultant at 3Com Corporation in the design and implementation of a communication test lab for data and voice convergence products.

Jason Musacchia has 8 years experience with computer programming and software development. Jason has a very versatile background and has done work in many languages, including C, Visual Basic, HTML, PHP, classic ASP, SQL, and ASP.NET. Jason can build a web page from scratch and fully utilize HTML and CSS to make a web page function well and look good. He can make webpages ranging from a simple HTML page to a data-driven site.

Prior to joining TalNet Systems, Jason worked from his office on Cape Cod to assist CVIS, Inc., a California-based Autodesk reseller, in developing an internal ASP.NET website for tracking sales calls that reads from and writes to a SQL database. In addition, Jason has contributed to a wide variety of engineering projects, including assisting Boston Laser Technology with software development for a stent imaging system and Webb Research Corporation with software development for underwater gliders used by WHOI, Rutgers, and many other companies and institutions.
